COZUM MUTFAK is a food service company located in Istanbul. We have started our activities as the service provider of Mc Donald’s in Turkey in 2001 and we gained trust of some other companies about our goods and reliable services in food service sector, among them are prominent multinationals (Unilever-Pepsi Co.-Lipton Ice Tea, Arby’s, Coca Cola) and Turkish food giants (Ulker).

Our company “COZUM MUTFAK” is the McDonald’s service distributor of BUNN-O-MATIC, KARMA, PRINCE CASTLE, SCHWANS TECHNOLOGY(Ram), COFRIMELL, GARLAND, SCOTSMAN, DELFIELD, PROMEK, ELECTROLUX (Taylor, Multiplex, Frymaster, Henny Penny, Manitowoc, Cuno) and exclusive distributor of PROMEK, COFRIMELL, KARMA in TURKEY.

Central Office is on the Asia side of Istanbul and we have 4 technicians located in this office. We have 6 authorized service agents around TURKEY in the following cities; Bursa, Antalya, Ankara, Izmir, Adana and one on the European side of Istanbul. Thus, we can reach quickly all the McDonald’s restaurants in Turkey. We have 14 Technicians in total.

We have a team of the most experienced and the most skillfull technicians in the food sector in TURKEY.

Cozum Mutfak assembled all of the McDonald’s restaurants in Turkey so our technicians are knowledgeable about refrigerations, freezers, ice cream and ice machines, fryers and fry dispensers, coffee and tea brewers, premix-postmix dispensing systems, cold and hot beverage dispensers, toasters, grills, which we give technical supports in Turkey.
