The reliable and compact machine for the production of granita with the tested "gravity" system. Special version for the preparation of frozen drinks as "margarita" or "daiquiri" available. The refrigeration system with multiple compressor allows an accurate control of the cooling capacity.

All units are supplied with manual or electronic density control and illumination system which, upon request, can also be fitted upon the bowls, thus providing a wide illuminated area for your trademark.

The external panels are fitted on a robust frame. The standard colour is red with front and top panels executed in stainless steel.
